The two soccer fields replaced an existing gravel carpark that once serviced the sporting complex, though, was no longer required. The scope of work included demolition of existing infrastructure, earthworks, irrigation, stormwater, and electrical services, supply and installation of sand, and establishment of turf. Construction works were completed over 12 weeks, with an additional 12 weeks of turf establishment and maintenance.
